You Are Mine creates a welcoming space for parents, grandparents, siblings and friends of LGBTQ individuals.
Meeting are held on the third Thursday of the month at 7 pm in the parish center.

ABOUT YOU ARE MINE
Founded in 2019, You Are Mine is a parish-based group that provides a welcoming place for the parents, family members and friends of LGBTQ Catholics.
Through monthly meetings, we offer mutual support and a forum to discuss - in confidence - the joys and challenges of raising our children and other loved ones in the Church.
We seek to strengthen our bonds with our families, God, the Church and each other.
As advocates for our children and loved ones, we recognize that all of us are created in God’s image to love and serve others.
WHY DID WE START THE MINISTRY?
The number of Americans identifying as LGBTQ continues to grow.
Differing perspectives can create confusion and distress for the parents and loved ones of LGBTQ Catholics.
Parents and loved ones may feel alone and reluctant to discuss their situation; others may feel compelled to leave the Church entirely.
We cherish our LGBTQ loved ones and want to fully support them within the Church.
